Contents: Quimby the Mouse and Sparky stories. Some of the stories have been reproduced in the Quimby the Mouse book (On page 4 of the Quimby book, the following quotation appears: "Howewer, as luck would have it, an anonymous collector (residing somewhere in the midwest) recently directed to the publisher's attention a privately printed, and, what appears to be, slightly earlier so-called ashcan version of the same material, entitled "Lonely Comics and Stories", hand-collected (possibly by the author) and rebound for public circulation by a small philanthropic Illinois lending institution [...]").
